The audit tells you. We map your business together, identify the highest-impact gaps, and recommend the tier that fits your scope and budget. You get a fixed quote before anything begins. Most solo operators start with Starter and grow from there.
How is the build price determined?
During the audit we scope exactly what needs to be built: number of workflows, integrations, and complexity. You get a fixed quote before any build work begins. There are no surprises after you've said yes.
What if I do the audit and decide not to proceed?
You keep the written speed gap report. It's a real piece of work, not a sales document. If the numbers show the build isn't the right investment for your business right now, that's a useful thing to know. The $375 is not refundable but it's not wasted.
Do I need to be technical to work with Made by Sera?
No. That's the point. You describe what your business needs; we handle everything else. Your team receives a briefing when the system goes live so they know exactly how to use it.
Can I get LaunchHub without doing a build first?
No. LaunchHub is built to monitor and improve systems we've deployed. It doesn't work as a standalone product. It's designed for the specific workflows we've built for your business.
